Eurasian otter in the wild, Korea, an image courtesy of Young-Jun Kim. Lau et al. studied cranodental morphoogy of the Eurasian otter to identify the skull variations between the Korean Penninsula, Japanese islands and Kinmen Island (Taiwan). The comprison of the three examined populations revealed significant differences in their craniodental morphology.
