Characterization of SET/I2PP2A Isoforms in Dogs

The localization of oncoprotein SET/I2PP2A in canine melanoma cells was examined by immunofluorescent staining using 2 types of anti-SET antibodies (Green). Phalloidin (Red) and Hoechst (Blue) were used to stain F-actin and the nucleus.
